The Tyrannical Soul The tyrannical soul is ruled by one unnecessary, lawless, destructive appetite -- the tyrant within. See that the little man, rationality, is at the very bottom, with no influence on the soul's actions. Think of a hopeless alcoholic, drug addict, sex maniac, or serial killer. This is the most miserable of all the soul-types. When he was subject to the laws and his father and had a democratic constitution, such opinions were only released in dreams.
